• Metal Gear Solid 4 has been released worldwide! Go and play it now!! The pages will be returned to an unlocked state shortly and wiki activity will return to normal again. Enjoy the game guys!
• Unfortunately we have had to take the hard decision and lock the Wiki for all non-registered users. Anyone with a log in can still edit, and your welcome to create a login, but we have done this because of the threat of spoilers. As you may know the game has been leaked and none of the current users of this wiki would like to be spoiled before the imminent release of Metal Gear Solid 4.
• It seems theres always people out there who want to ruin things for everyone else... there are people out there right now who have Metal Gear Solid 4, and are intent on ruining it for everyone else. For people who have been waiting a long time time for this game (like many of the head staff here at the MGWiki) I would suggest a complete and total internet black-out. Even Ryan Payton himself is telling people to stay away.
• The Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots Original Soundtrack has been released!
• The Good News - Only a month left until MGS4 is released!! The Bad News - This is the time where a lot of spoilers get leaked. To prevent the experience being ruined we have locked some of the pages until the game is released. Any queries should be directed to the articles talk page.
